These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of CoachEaze, made up of the website at coacheaze.com, the web app at app.coacheaze.com and the CoachEaze mobile apps (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by DGIPlay Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use CoachEaze
- CoachEaze is used by sports academies ("Academies") and their Chief Coaches, coaches, students and parents or guardians ("Users").
- The person who registers an Academy confirms that they are allowed to act for it, and that they are at least 18 years old.
- Children use the Service only through their parent or guardian, or through the Academy, with consent.
2. Your account
- Keep your login details private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Your Academy manages the accounts of its coaches, students and parents, and can switch an account off.
3. Free trial
A new Academy gets a free trial of 22 days with every feature, for up to 25 students, 2 centres and 5 coaches. No payment is needed for the trial. If no plan is bought, the Academy is closed 30 days after the trial ends, and we email reminders before that happens.
4. Plans, prices and payment
- Paid plans (Rising, Champion, Legend and Royals) are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Every plan includes every feature; plans differ only in the number of students, centres and coach logins.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. A GST invoice is emailed for every payment.
- Payments are handled by our payment partner (Razorpay) using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets. We never see or store your full card details.
- Plans do not renew automatically. Before a plan ends we remind you, and you choose whether to renew.
- When you change plan part-way through a period, the unused value of your current plan is credited towards the new one.
- We may change prices for future periods. Any change is shown before you pay and never affects a period you have already paid for.
- Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to harass, harm or mislead anyone;
- upload data you have no right to share, including photos of people who have not consented;
- try to access another Academy's data, test the Service's security without permission, or disrupt it;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service.
6. Your data
The Academy owns the data it enters (students, attendance, fees, ratings and so on) and is responsible for collecting it lawfully, including parent consent for children. We process that data on the Academy's behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask for a copy of your Academy's data while your account is active.
7. Attendance, fees and salaries
Features such as face-recognition attendance, location-checked coach check-in, fee tracking and salary calculations are tools to help the Academy. The Academy remains responsible for its own decisions, fee collection and salary payments, and should review records before acting on them.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service running reliably and securely, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features. If we make a change that significantly reduces what a paid plan offers, we will tell you in advance.
9. Intellectual property
CoachEaze, its logo, software, designs and content belong to DGIPlay Pvt. Ltd.. Using the Service doesn't give you ownership of any of them. You may not use our name or logo without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
11. Suspension and closure
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts other Users at risk, and will tell you why where we can. When an Academy is closed, its data is deleted or anonymised as described in our Privacy Policy, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices).
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we tell you about important changes in the app or by email. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
