CoachEaze is an online software service. No physical goods are shipped.
How you receive the service
- Free trial: available straight away after you register your Academy at app.coacheaze.com.
- Paid plans: activated automatically on your Academy's account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes.
- Confirmation: a payment receipt and GST invoice are emailed to the Chief Coach's registered email. The invoice can also be downloaded in the app.
Where we provide the service
CoachEaze is offered to sports academies in India and works in any modern web browser. An Android app is coming soon.
If something goes wrong
If your plan hasn't activated within 2 hours of a successful payment, email support@coacheaze.com with your payment ID and we will fix it. If we can't activate it within 2 working days, you get a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Academy shop orders
Items ordered through an Academy's in-app shop are supplied and delivered by that Academy, not by CoachEaze.
