This policy covers payments made to DGIPlay Pvt. Ltd. for CoachEaze subscription plans.
Free trial
Every new Academy starts with a 22-day free trial. No payment is taken for the trial, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.
How plans work
- Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, and prices include GST.
- Plans do not renew automatically, and we never charge you without your action.
Cancelling
You can stop using CoachEaze at any time; you don't need to cancel anything. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and no further payment is taken unless you choose to renew.
Changing plans
You can upgrade or downgrade from Settings → Subscription. The unused value of your current plan is credited towards the new plan straight away. This credit can't be withdrawn as cash.
When we give a full refund
- Paid twice: if you were charged more than once for the same plan.
- Paid but not activated: if money left your account but the plan didn't activate, and we can't activate it within 2 working days.
- Charged by mistake: any charge caused by an error on our side.
When we don't give a refund
Once a paid period has started, the fee for that period is not refundable, including for unused days, except in the cases above. Unused days on a plan you change are credited as explained above.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@coacheaze.com within 30 days of the payment. Include your Academy name, your registered email and the payment ID or invoice number. We reply within 2 working days.
When you'll receive it
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days. Your bank or card provider may take a further 5 to 7 working days to show it in your account.
Academy shop orders
Items ordered through an Academy's in-app shop (such as racquets, shoes or stringing) are sold and handled by that Academy, not by CoachEaze. Please contact your Academy about those orders.
